Here the ratio for the selection is 1:2 and the twice the number of seats the candidates appear for the interview. For example there are 50 seats available then a total of 100 candidates are selected for the interview.

The interview is conducted by the UPSC member and the interview is held at Shahjahan in New Delhi. The candidates then selected are given proper foundation training and then job oriented training which are conducted separately based on the services.
