If so, it is essential to create corner culverts that enable flow of water from one corner to the other without leakage. Obviously, runnels require support to avoid breakages and inefficiency during heavy rain pour. Rafter tails are usually attached to fascia boards to act as anchorage for the culverts. Runnel brackets are usually installed at every rafter tail for support. Long galvanized screws are usually used to fix rafter tails onto the fascia board in order to be strong.

Identify the corner marks then cut out channels to fit their length. One should be careful when dealing with metallic materials because they have sharp edges that can hurt bear hands. Cut the pieces using a sharp hacksaw.

Finally when installation of runnel completes, install downspout to enable water to flow on the ground effectively.
