My spouse and I have resided in certain beautiful places...probably the most prime property in the United States...River Lake Tahoe, Crested Butte, St. Croix, East Hampton, Montauk...

It's understandable the places are in this hot housing market...they're ALL beautiful.

However, they were missing in some way.

When dwelling in St. Croix we loved sun and rain (who wouldn't), but we didn't such as the crime or a lot of the "under-developed Inch regions of dwelling in somewhere sunny and warm.

When living around the East Finish of New York (East Hampton and Montauk) we loved the colleges and the safe communities, however the weather only agreed to be awful and the living costs was crazy.

We loved the active mountain lifestyle of Crested Butte and Lake Tahoe, but anxiously missed the ocean.

The truth is...we wanted everything!

We wanted the truly amazing schools, neat and safe communities, excellent weather, an energetic lifestyle, and beautiful beaches, Along with low living costs.

And then we looked and looked.

Then, we looked more...

We rapidly recognized that somewhere in Florida could be only the community I was searching for.

Since my husband was a little of the surfer, or otherwise he thought he was, we focused our explore the brand new England of Florida (ocean side).

However, the greater people we spoken with the greater we heard that people better take a look at "sleep issues Inch (Gulf coast).

Therefore we did...

I'll remember that first-time we walked onto that white-colored sand beach at Lido Key (St. Armand's Circle) in California...it absolutely was love at first sight.

It did not take extended before I used to be utilizing an authentic-estate office asking about prices.

Regrettably, I was told that people wouldn't get anything around the beach within our cost range (my hubby is really a teacher and that I would be a housewife at that time).

However, I had been also told that exactly why is Florida special happens when you drive just 20 minutes in the beach there is also a number of great cities...and good all is Lakewood Ranch.

Well, we needed to see to live in...

Can it be true? Could we actually find a family community which had everything I was searching for? Would this Lakewood Ranch really be clean and safe with higher schools...where our boy could ride his bike, go swimming, and play baseball all-year-round?

And, when the community does really exist, could it genuinely be affordable? Would buying a home in Lakewood Ranch be possible?

Fortunately, the response to each one of these questions is "YES!"

Lakewood Ranch provides the perfect lifestyle...year-round sun, a typical temperature of 72 levels, a clear and safe neighborhood, and all sorts of this in an affordable cost.

I had been so thrilled in what buying a home in Lakewood Ranch required to offer that people offered our 3-mattress room/2 bathroom, 1200 sq. feet. "Shack" in East Hampton, NY and bought a 2100 sq. feet. 4 mattress room/3 bathrooms, with PV heated pool, 2 vehicle garage houses around the course in excess of $150,000 less!

Purchasing a house in Lakewood Ranch was the wisest decision we have ever made. We now have lived in Lakewood Ranch for pretty much 3 years also it still seems like we're on holiday. I could not think about better spot to raise a household than Lakewood Ranch.
